F.A.S.T. (Functional Agility Sports Training)


 

F.A.S.T. is an 8-week physical therapist guided program designed for young female athletes to improve strength, agility, flexibility, and power. F.A.S.T. establishes optimal running, jumping, and kicking mechanics to enhance performance and prevent injuries. All F.A.S.T. sessions include an assessment of power, balance, speed, agility, and flexibility. Please contact our office for more details.
